Sunny is the Founder and Director of Holding Hands Care & Support Services, bringing over 16 years of nursing experience across acute care, community health, disability, aged care, mental health, and chronic disease management. Her clinical expertise includes wound care, PEG feeding, tracheostomy management, continence assessment, catheter and bowel care, diabetes support, palliative care, cognitive assessment, behaviour support implementation, and the development of comprehensive care plans. Sunny also provides staff training, competency assessment, and clinical education to ensure safe, evidence‑based practice across all service environments.

 

As a Registered Nurse working within the NDIS and home‑care sectors, Sunny oversees the quality, safety, and clinical governance of all personalised support services delivered by the organisation. She leads the design and monitoring of supports across in‑home care, Supported Independent Living (SIL), and Individualised Living Options (ILO), ensuring each participant receives care that is tailored, respectful, and aligned with their goals. Her leadership is grounded in person‑centred practice, trauma‑informed care, cultural safety, and transparent communication. Sunny’s commitment is to create safe, stable, and empowering environments where participants can live with dignity, independence, and confidence.

Vijeta is a highly accomplished Chartered Accountant with deep expertise in financial governance, compliance, and organisational stewardship within the disability and home‑care sectors. She brings a strong analytical lens to NDIS and aged‑care operations, ensuring that financial systems, reporting frameworks, and risk‑management processes are not only accurate but fully aligned with regulatory standards. Her background spans budgeting, audit preparation, financial modelling, and strategic resource allocation—capabilities that directly strengthen service quality, sustainability, and organisational transparency. Vijeta is known for her meticulous approach, ethical practice, and ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for both clinical and operational teams.

In NDIS and home‑care environments, Vijeta plays a pivotal role in supporting organisations to remain compliant, participant‑centred, and financially resilient. She excels at building efficient financial workflows, optimising funding utilisation, and supporting leadership teams with data‑driven decision‑making.
