It was established to provide quality care, support, and respite services for people with disabilities, who wish to live independently and accomplish their own GOALS within the community. Holding Hands strives to provide authentic person-centered high-quality community support services that include capacity-building programs, in-home care services, and community access programs, all designed to meet your unique needs and goals.
